Life Screams is the first full-length, solo studio album by Lacey Sturm. It was released on February 12th, 2016 by FOLLOWSPOT Records.

Background Edit

The album name was announced on September 27th, 2015 via Instagram with the hashtag #LifeScreams. The album name is taken from the title track "Life Screams". The original release date was January 29th, 2016.

Production Edit

They officially began recording the album in LA at The Emergency Room in June of 2015; recording "Life Screams", "Impossible", "Faith", "You're Not Alone", "The Soldier", and "Feels Like Forever". They went back to LA at the end of August to finish recording. They recorded "Rot", "I'm Not Laughing", and "Run to You". Ben Hull later added bass in September.

Only two songs have been confirmed as omitted tracks: "The Mystery" and "Sacred".
